& Last 10 days of Ramadan!

Mashallah we've nearly completed the first third
of Ramadan, so in true Salam Network style, lets talk
about the LAST third of Ramadan!!! Well done to you
all!
Did you know...
It is Sunnah to observe i’tikaaf
-retreat for the purpose of worship- in Ramadan, because
the Prophet (pbuh) always did that.
It was narrated in the hadeeth of ‘Aa’ishah
(may Allaah be pleased with her) that the Prophet
(pbuh) used to spend the last ten days of Ramadaan
in i’tikaaf until he passed away, then his wives
observed i’tikaaf after him.”
Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1922; Muslim,
